At Cadena Collective, we want you to love your artisanal fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
